We are pleased to  announce that the final phase of 50 Electronic Avenue is now SOLD OUT! We are very fortunate to have welcomed so many wonderful individuals and families to the community and we’re excited to see 50 Electronic Avenue come to life as construction progresses.

Although our Presentation Centre will be closed permanently as of March 31, 2021 – you are always able to take a virtual tour through our display suites online at 50ElectronicAvenue.com.

We look forward to each of you meeting your new neighbours! Exciting things are happening on site, keep your eyes on this space for construction updates.

Come join us on Saturday night for an outdoor viewing of Footloose at Rocky Point Park. This event is a great way to learn about your new community and maybe even meet a few of your future neighbours! With good eats from Pajos and Vancouver’s best food trucks, entertainment from QMFM Radio and free popcorn – this inclusive family friendly event is fun for all ages!

Festivities will begin at 6pm. We encourage you to come early, set up your lawn chair on the main lawn, grab a bite to eat and then relax in your spot under the stars! The featured blockbuster movie will start at dusk. Please remember to bring a blanket as it can get chilly when the sun goes down.
