We hope you’re having a wonderful summer! On site we’ve been making the most of this sunny weather and making exciting progress. We know many of you walk, bike and drive past the site often to check on your new home – we hope the images below give you further insight into the process that you can’t see from the street.
As you’ll see in the images, framing is almost complete! We’re very pleased with how Phase 1 is taking shape. The roof is well underway on half of the building and the other half has been framed up to the fifth level. We’re continuing to install windows and wrap the building.
Inside, we are working on mechanical, electrical and plumbing rough-ins, as well as installing bathtubs and shower pans. Our next update will include some more interior progress images. The views from every home are even better than we expected and we can’t wait to show you more!
Phase 2 shoring and excavation is virtually complete and the parkade is continuing to grow eastward. Phase 2 homes will sit atop the concrete slab that is pictured in the 4th image. We’re looking forward to the framing crew transitioning from Phase 1 to Phase 2 very soon!
