We hope you’re enjoying the start of Summer! On site we’re making the most of these long sunny days as we push towards completion. We are pleased to have welcomed many of you for your homeowner orientations in the past few weeks. Please note that if you have not yet been contacted to schedule your orientation, we will be in touch soon. The location of your home within the building determines when your orientation will be scheduled.
Many of the suites within the building are complete, cleaned and ready for homeowner orientations. In the final wing of the building rough-ins, drywall, painting, flooring and cabinetry installation are now complete. Completing cabinetry installation is a significant milestone – it allows us to proceed with countertop and appliance installation in the kitchens. We are also in the process of finishing tile work in the kitchens and bathrooms as well as installing plumbing and light fixtures.
Outside, the exterior cladding is now complete and brickwork is nearing completion with only a few columns remaining. Formwork on the front side of the building is currently underway to create the concrete entrances to the ground floor suites.
