Homeowner Orientation
We take pride in the homes we build and are excited to show them off! Prior to your move-in date, a customer service representative will walk you through your new home, pointing out all maintenance and operational details, from humidity fans to water shut-offs.
Comprehensive Reference Guide
All Panatch homes come with a manual that covers everything from interior and exterior cleaning and maintenance to emergency procedures and warranty coverage.
Your homeowner manual also includes your login ID and password for our Online Homeowner Care Portal. The Portal is here to help you with all things related to your new home. From maintenance checklists, to home warranty information, information on key products, and instructions on submitting a Service Request, the Portal is your direct line to getting in touch with us.
2-5-10 Year Warranty Program
Protecting every Panatch home is a warranty program provided by Travelers Guarantee Company of Canada, which is approved under B.C.’s Homeowner Protection Act. It includes:
- 2-year coverage on all materials and workmanship, including plumbing, electrical, heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems
- 5-year coverage on the building envelope, including defects that result in unintended water penetration
- 10-year coverage on any structural defects
