There has been a lot of excitement at 50 Electronic Avenue since we last updated you! As many of you likely know, we recently welcomed all Phase 1 homeowners to their new homes. It was great to see the lobby and corridors bustling and the first phase of the development coming to life! We are thrilled with how the amenity building and common areas came together and can’t wait until you can join your neighbours to enjoy these spaces.
Two significant milestones were achieved over the past few months; framing of the entire building and the roof are complete. The team on site has been making the most of any dry days to continue with rooftop deck finishes. Window installation is well underway, along with exterior cladding and brickwork making its way around the building.
On the South side of the development, the landscaping and outdoor amenity area is continuing to develop. This area will include several distinct courtyards each with its own unique landscaping, an off-leash dog run and communal gardens. We’re looking forward to seeing how the second half of the landscaped area shapes up and connects to Phase 1 and Club 50.
Inside the building, drywall is nearly complete in the first wing and work will now carry through to the rest of the building. Electrical, plumbing and mechanical rough-ins are well underway throughout. Soon these empty rooms will be transformed into homes as we begin cabinet and countertop installations – the first of many deliveries will take place this month!
