We hope that 2023 is off to a great start for each of you!
It was a busy first month of the year at 50 Electronic Avenue. The site is bustling with trades working on both the interior and exterior of the building. As you can see in the photo below, framing of the building and the roof is complete. This is an important milestone and the final crane that was on site has now been dismantled and removed. Exterior cladding is being installed on the final portion of the building and painting has commenced.
Inside the building, our interior finishing team is making exciting progress. As previously mentioned, the building is being constructed from West to East. The homes in the West half of the building are close to complete – flooring, cabinets and countertops have been installed. As shown in the image below, protection board has been laid to keep the flooring and countertops safe as our crews complete construction. Soon the appliances will be installed and the heart of these homes will be complete!
This progress is carrying through the rest of the development. On the East half of the building, the drywall is complete, and taping is underway on the upper floors. While on the ground level, electrical rough-in’s are nearly finished with insulation to begin soon.
