What is a Completion Date?
The Completion Date is the date you pay for your home and the title is transferred into your name. This payment will be made through your lawyer/notary. They will also calculate all necessary adjustments for taxes and closing costs and will advise you of the final amount to complete the purchase of your new home.
What is a Possession Date?
The Possession Date is the date you receive your keys and take possession of your new home at 50 Electronic Avenue! The Possession Date occurs the day following your Completion Date, so long as your payment of the purchase price has been received by the Developer’s lawyer.
When will I know my Completion Date?
The Completion Date will be established by our team and set out in a formal written notice to you and your lawyer/notary.
If I am currently renting, when should I give notice to my current Landlord?
We recommend giving notice after you have received the formal written Notice of Completion from us. Please note we are not responsible for the terms of your rental agreement, so we suggest you have a clear understanding of your legal obligations to your landlord.
Can I view my home before I move in?
Yes, your orientation is an opportunity to see your home prior to completion with a Panatch Group representative. You will be contacted for an appointment when your home is ready for the orientation.
If I am not able to attend my orientation, can I send someone on my behalf?
Yes, our customer service consultant will provide you with options if you are unable to attend your homeowner orientation.
I need to get an appraisal done of my property. How do I go about this?
Please have the appraiser contact us by emailing kate@50electronicave.com to book an appointment for access.
When and where will I pick up my keys?
Once your Completion Date has been confirmed, a member of our team will contact you to schedule an appointment on the Possession Date to arrange key handover.
When do I find out my Parking Stall/ Storage Locker information?
Parking and locker allocations are done closer to your Completion Date. A Panatch Group representative will be happy to show you where your parking stall(s) and locker(s) are located during your possession orientation. Your parking stall(s) and storage locker(s) will also be identified in your closing documents.
What do I need to organize in order to take possession of my new home?
1. Finalize or make arrangements with your bank for mortgage financing
2. Select a lawyer or notary to represent you through the conveyancing process
As your Completion Date approaches, we will send you monthly reminders via email about upcoming steps and processes that must be completed.
What is the address of my home?

Can I change my colour scheme?
Panatch Group is no longer accepting changes to the colour scheme selections.
Can I assign my home?
Assigning your home and adding or removing another purchaser requires approval from the Developer. Please email kate@50electronicave.com for all inquiries. Please note, assignments will not be allowed within 90 days of Completion.
