2020 has definitely proven to be one for the books! But, despite the challenges we have all faced, we are excited to share that our 50 Electronic Avenue family of homeowners has grown substantially since our launch of Phase 2 in March, as we are already over 55% sold!
With that good news, and our recent good weather, construction on site has been progressing nicely. Since the crane was erected in April, it’s been hard at work resulting in the first batch of many structural concrete columns reaching skyward. The site crew are happy to report that almost all of the concrete for parking level 1 has been poured and they are part way through the second level. To make the most of this dry weather, we are pushing ahead with excavation for Phase 2 which is also well underway for their parking level 1.
